Hello Everybody!!!

In case you haven't heard, I've been accepted into the Library and Information Science School at the University of Washington. We will be moving the weekend of July 31st and August 1st. We hope to have the moving van packed and will be rolling out of Eugene early on the morning of the 1st. Check the News Page for new address and phone information.

Update on Nick's Page

I've been working on putting more photos up on Nick's Page. We have about 100 photos scanned in, which is about two-thirds of the photos we have taken of him.

Plans for this weekend

Last weekend, the 17th and 18th, we went on a great camping trip to Sunset Bay, which is near Coos Bay. The weather was perfect and Nicholas had a blast playing on the beach. Hopefully, we will have pictures soon. This weekend, the 24th and 25th, we will be in Salem to spend some time with Ryan's mom, Leslee Ositis, before we move up to Seattle.

Summer Plans

Our summer plans are pretty much concentrated on getting packed and moved up to Seattle. Ryan will be headed over to a beach trip on the weekend of the 21st and 22nd of August at Neahkahnie and Nicholas and I will be in Condon for a baby shower for my best friend, Amy.

Star Wars Insanity

Ryan and I have seen Star Wars: The Phantom Menace twice now. We saw it at 12:10am on Wednesday, May 19th and then again at 7:00pm that evening with Leslee and Heidi Ositis. The movie was well worth camping out in the cold for three days. Ryan was on the news several times and was also on the front page of the Register-Guard. He should be adding the newspaper picture and video clips to his page soon. Check out Ryan's page for more details. Nicholas has now seen Star Wars twice. He did surprisingly well. We also discovered that he has an unnatural affection for popcorn.

Hamner Family Reunion

We had a a great time at the Hamner Family Reunion and also celebrated Gabi's birthday. Both the kids are growing really fast and have a lot of fun playing together, though Gabi tends to beat up on Nicholas.
