Seattle WTO Protest Photos

Here are some of the great photos I took at the protest. Enjoy!

I arrive at the protest to take pictures, and almost immediately join up with the wrong faction.

Of course, the wrong crowd also happens to be creative. Nice monster.

Things started to get out of hand almost right away.

The anarchists started breaking windows with chains and hammers. This is the Gap.

They managed to destroy a Starbuck's Coffee.

Not even the news media was immune from the chaos.

...and you thought the end of the millennium was going to be boring!

My last shot right before I got in a fight with these guys. I won.

This is going to be expensive to clean up.

The WTO delegates were *not* having a good time. These two were behind a ton of police.

I like this kind of protest! I wonder if she knew it was November...

There were over 100,000 people in the streets. Only about 50,000 were Teamsters.

In the intersection of 4th and University, just a block away from the cops.

My second favorite protest sign, right behind "Boycott Plate Tectonics".
